Spring Plant Sale Report

I enjoyed the plant a lot. It was good learning experience. I enjoyed the care for the plants the most. The sale showed me how much is involve with just something that I thought would be simple like a plant sale. A lot of time has to be spent monitoring, watering and keeping the plants healthy. Even though we did not sell as much as we hoped I think it was still beneficial and a good event that should keep going.

I think that the plant sale did not sell to well because of the weather. There were a few people that I talked to that thought it was too early for a plant sale. They said they didn't think the weather was ready. Which they were kinda right because there was a lot of stormy and cold weather during and following the sale. I think the sale should be held a little closer to the end of May next year.

A possible idea for this year and following years is to donate or sell the leftover plants for cheap to the retirement home across the street.
